SNACK

By mid-morning, we will be serving a healthy snack consisting of two types of fruits. These including the following: bananas, blueberries, strawberries, grapes, apples and watermelon. After ensuring the campers have consumed the fruits of the day, we will offer either muffins (Little Bites), animal crackers or vanilla cookies, as scheduled for the day. For older campers there will also be popcorn, among the above mentioned alternatives. Milk and water will be served during snack.

LUNCH

  • Monday: Rice and meatballs with black beans, broccoli and corn.

  • Tuesday: Pizza from our local supplier POWER PIZZERÍA. 2 choices:  cheese only or with pepperoni.

  • Wednesday: Barilla penne pasta with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese. For the more traditional tastes we will serve macaroni and cheese. For those not too keen on pasta, we will offer ground beef (picadillo) with mashed potatoes and peas.

  • Thursday: Same as Tuesday.

  • Friday: Baked chicken nuggets (PURDUE BRAND) with mashed potatoes or rice for the more adventurous tastes, atlantic baked salmon with broccoli or peas, is also offered on friday.

  • Milk and water will be served every day at lunch.
